Counseling sessions with Rex Allison
Rex Allison of Deschutes County Health is meeting with Silver Rail dads and partners in small groups of one to three. You'll talk about:
- How to talk with your kids about what happened, and what comes next
- How to talk with your spouse or partner when you're both carrying this
- How to ease stress and anxiety as the kids get ready to go back to school
When:
- Sunday night, Nov 1, by appointment. Rex will confirm the time.
- Wednesday, Nov 4, right after the district's Silver Rail family and staff session (5:30–7:30 pm at R.E. Jewell Elementary, 20550 Murphy Road). Walk-ups welcome.
- A Tuesday night group may be added.
