Three hours of jumping, climbing, laughing, and pizza with their own people. That's the whole plan, and for a Silver Rail kid right now it's a good one.

Plus the trampolines. Grip socks are required. If you have a pair, please bring them; it saves the fund a few dollars per child. No worries if not, the fund will cover a pair at the desk.
Drop-off friendly
- Drop off at 6:00, pick up by 9:00. Mountain Air staff run the floor and supervise the kids under the park's own rules and insurance.
- Kids must be 5 and up.
- Kids are released only to the adults you list on the form, with photo ID.
Spots
- 70 kids. Once we reach 70, registrations go on a waitlist in the order received, and we'll email you if a spot opens.
- All Silver Rail kids, Silver Rail staff and teachers, and their families are welcome. Not registered with the fund yet? This form is all you need for this night.
- Two quick steps: register with the fund here, then book Friday, November 6 on Mountain Air's ticket page. You'll get a confirmation email from us.
- The fund's waiver is part of the registration form below. One signature covers every child on your form.
- Mountain Air's own waiver is also required for every child. Sign it before Friday on Mountain Air's website, or at their front desk when you arrive (leave a few extra minutes).
- No photos of children without a parent's say-so. No press.

I am the parent or legal guardian of every child named on this form. Mountain Air Trampoline Park runs this event under its own rules, staff, and insurance; its staff supervise the children. The Silver Rail Children's Fund arranges and pays for the event and checks families in; it does not supervise children. I understand trampolines and obstacle courses carry real risk of injury, and I accept that risk for my children. To the fullest extent the law allows, I release the Silver Rail Children's Fund and its directors, officers, and volunteers from claims arising from my children's participation, except for gross negligence or intentional harm. I authorize emergency medical care for my children if I cannot be reached. I will pick up my children by 9:00 pm. The fund may not photograph or name my children beyond what I chose on the form.
